Yes. Every gold piece at Adharva Jewels is BIS hallmarked as mandated by the Bureau of Indian Standards, and carries a HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number so you can independently verify purity at any time.

We primarily work in 22K and 18K gold, with 24K priced for reference on our live rate ticker. Purity is stamped on every piece and stated clearly on your invoice.

Yes. Diamonds above 0.30ct come with certification from IGI. Coloured gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers and can be certified on request.

Price = (gold weight × the day's gold rate) + making charges + diamond/gemstone value + GST. We follow the live gold rate shown on the ticker at the top of this site, so pricing is transparent and itemised clearly on your bill, with no hidden mark-ups.

Making charges vary by design complexity — intricately handcrafted pieces carry higher making charges than simpler designs. Our team will always break down the charge before you decide, and you're welcome to ask questions about it at any point.

Yes — the Adharva Gold Saving Scheme: pay for 11 months and we add the 12th month's instalment for you, with only 12% value addition and a free silver coin on enrolment. Choose any monthly plan from ₹3,000 up to ₹20,000 in multiples of ₹1,000. See the Gold Scheme section on the home page for full details, or ask our team in-store.

Yes — bespoke design is one of our specialities. Share a reference image, a family heirloom to redesign, or simply an idea, and our team will prepare sketches before any gold is used. Typical turnaround is 10–15 working days depending on complexity.

Yes. Old gold is weighed and assayed in front of you, and its value is adjusted against your new piece plus applicable making charges.

Yes, we offer resizing, repair and polishing for pieces bought from us. Bring the piece in-store and our team will assess it and give you a timeline on the spot.

We accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Gold Saving Scheme instalments can be paid via GPay, PhonePe, or in person at our KPHB showroom.

Yes. For custom or made-to-order pieces, we take a 20% token advance to begin design and sourcing, with the balance payable on collection.

Yes — we deliver PAN India via insured domestic courier for confirmed orders outside Hyderabad. Every shipment is packed and sealed in front of you before dispatch, and tracking details are shared over WhatsApp. For high-value pieces, in-store or bank-locker handover is also available on request.

Ready-stock pieces are usually available for pickup the same day or within 1–2 days. Custom or made-to-order pieces follow the design and sourcing timeline discussed at booking (typically 10–15 working days). Where courier delivery is arranged, transit time is added on top of the above depending on the destination city.

Yes, shipped orders are covered for their full invoice value while in transit. If a package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept delivery — refuse it and message us immediately on WhatsApp so we can raise it with the courier and arrange a replacement.

You can exchange a piece within 15 days of purchase, provided it's unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice and any certification issued with it. Making charges already paid are adjusted as per the value of the new piece chosen; our team will walk you through the exact numbers at the counter.

Yes. Gold purchased from Adharva Jewels is bought back at the prevailing day's gold rate for its assayed purity, with the original invoice presented at the time of buyback. Diamonds and gemstones, if any, are valued and deducted separately as per current market value.

Like most fine jewellery retailers in India, we operate on an exchange basis rather than cash refunds, in line with the exchange policy above. If there's ever a genuine quality or manufacturing concern with a piece, please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching, remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotion, and bring it in for a complimentary clean and polish every 6–12 months.

Yes. Every piece comes with complimentary lifetime polishing and coverage against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and alterations made outside our store aren't covered — bring the piece in and our team will let you know what applies.
