These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your use of the Adharva Jewels website, in-store purchases, our Gold Saving Scheme, and any custom jewellery orders. By browsing our website, visiting our store, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About Adharva Jewels

Adharva Jewels is a jewellery showroom based in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, dealing in BIS hallmarked gold jewellery, custom designs, and a disciplined gold savings scheme. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms refer to Adharva Jewels.

Product Information, Pricing & Making Charges

• Jewellery prices are calculated as: gold weight × the day’s published gold rate, plus applicable making charges, plus diamond/gemstone value (where applicable), plus GST — each component is itemised clearly on your invoice.
• Gold and silver rates published on our website and in-store change daily in line with the market and are indicative; the final price is confirmed at the time of billing.
• Product images on our website are for representation purposes. Actual gemstone shade, gold tone, and finish may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen display differences — see our Disclaimer for details.
• Every piece of gold jewellery sold by Adharva Jewels is BIS hallmarked and carries a HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) number, verifiable independently.

Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed in-store, over the phone, or via WhatsApp; our website currently serves as a catalogue and enquiry channel — see the Collections page for available designs.
• We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g. cash, UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, bank transfer]. For custom or made-to-order pieces, an advance payment may be required before production begins.
• For the Adharva Gold Saving Scheme, terms of enrolment, monthly contribution amounts, and maturity benefits are as communicated at the time of enrolment and recorded on your scheme passbook/certificate. The scheme is not a savings bank product and is not regulated as one; it is a jewellery purchase-linked accumulation scheme offered directly by Adharva Jewels.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom design orders (including redesign of exchanged old gold) are made specifically for you based on the agreed design, weight, and specifications. Because these pieces are made to order:

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity.
• Design changes requested after production has started may affect cost and timeline, and may not always be possible.
• Custom orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has begun; speak with our team before placing a custom order if you have questions about this.

Old Gold Exchange

Old gold jewellery is weighed and assayed in front of the customer at the time of exchange, and its value is adjusted against the new piece plus applicable making charges, at rates and deductions communicated to you before the transaction is finalised.

Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users’ access to it.
• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Adharva Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability shown online is error-free at all times; live gold/silver rates and final pricing are always confirmed at billing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adharva Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [city, e.g. Hyderabad], Telangana, without prejudice to any rights you may have to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
